A Level 2 (Intermediate) Desktop Support Engineer is required by a leading global technology company who are looking for the ideal candidate to join them as a full-time employee in their client’s Bangkok, office.
As Level 2 (Intermediate) Support Engineer, you will be providing 2nd line Desktop Support to Enterprise users of MS Windows Operating Systems and hardware, assist with building and deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware, support mobile devices and manage tickets using the company’s chosen ITSM tool.
This is an excellent opportunity for Service Desk Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer with at least 3 – 5 years experience in the relevant field.
