We are looking for a Czech or Slovak speaking Service Desk Agent/Dispatcher to provide support to our new project. The new resource should be dealing with the management of incidents in our ticketing system and with data validation and analysis, monitoring correct timelines (SLA = Service Level Agreements) and ticket flow.
