Your Tasks

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with Leadership skills and IT competences who is used to working within international companies.

A dynamic and hands-on position with a mixture of responsibility from warehouse and logistics activities to basic IT support.

Are you a responsible, reliable and hard-working person with strong organizational skills who is able to provide a meaningful knowledge transfer and lead a small team?

Workplace: Jeremenkova 763/88, Praha 4-Podolí

Starting date: October 1st, 2020

 

Main tasks will be …

  • You must be able to control (and also perform if needed) Local Imaging, Packaging, Warranty Checks, Lifecycle overview, Stock and Logistics management at the defined stock rooms.
  • You will lead a small team (2 Warehouse Administrators).
  • You will have to be able to manage seeding local stock rooms from the central stock room. (to anticipate the problems, to plan the right steps in logistics, to react to unexpected customer needs and requests, to solve the escalations in a smart and professional manner.)
  • You should be able to provide assistance in configuration of PCs and Laptops.

 

Our Requirements

You already...

  • speak fluent Czech/ Slovak and have good English in a written and spoken form
  • have good understanding of Desktop/Laptop
  • have familiarity with Windows operating systems and common off the shelf software such as MS office, Email Client (like a Guru)
  • have good knowledge of application installation & config, image installation & config, Hardware break & fix, good grasp of mobile and handheld devices such as android and IOS Tablets configuration and navigation
