Your Tasks

  • Resolving complex technical issues from the printing area (hardware and software)
  • Configuring and upgrading printers using embedded applications – SafeCom, HPCR, etc.
  • Supporting applications on Windows servers and customer’s Windows workstation printing tools
  • Troubleshooting and liaising resolution activities with escalated customers
  • Providing product knowledge and creating How2 Guides

Our Requirements

  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Good knowledge of at least two of below domain: SafeCom, IBML, ITIL, HP dedicated software, Print Servers, SQL
  • Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage, and peripheral devices
  • Excellent communication, very good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Confidence Delivering Training Sessions
  • Educational background or previous experience on a similar role
  • Focus on one or more product lines (secure printing, scanning solutions, SQL Database)
