Your Tasks

  • Providing remote First Level Global Support to end-users, managing customers’ request and feedback
  • Qualifying customer entitlement and routing end user to the proper resources
  • Analysing problems and applying solutions
  • Opening, closing and monitoring of incidents in the system during the complete incident lifecycle
  • Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA)
  • Contacting the end-user via phone, e-mail & chat
  • Providing input toward knowledge base main

Our Requirements

  • Excellent Czech or Slovak language
  • Good English (written/ spoken) A2 - B1 level
  • Good knowledge of MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff (sometimes also in difficult or stressful situations)
  • Help/Service desk background (ability to learn quickly how to communicate with the customer remotely)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectivel
  • Accuracy in data entry
  • Time management skills
  • Interest in fixing technical problems and problem solving attitude
  • Good mood and team spirit
