Your Tasks

  • Managing a worldwide IT end user project post transition
  • Management of Technicians, Team Leaders, Service Desk Agents and Administration Personnel
  • Supervising/Control of the processes and the level of service contractually appointed (SLA, KPIs etc.)
  • Commercial and technical collaboration within the project team
  • Being an interface between the technical teams and client
  • Master excel in order to provide efficient reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Recognise and implement the potential for process/costs optimisation
  • Produce calculations and reports related to the project
  • Responsibility for project profitability

Our Requirements

  • Fluent English (speaking & writing)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in project management in IT field/Services
  • Client-facing skills and professionalism
  • Ability to convince others with your professional background, ideally in terms of communication and organisation and through showing concern for clients and the quality of service received
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Determination, autonomy and personal motivation
  • Flexibility and  people management skills
  • Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously and manage a heavy workload
