We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to organize global events for up to 1,000 attendees. An event manager is, above all, a project manager who understands all required marketing techniques. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.

Your Tasks

  • Planning and supervising global events from start to finish, always making sure to create WOW! moments
  • Preparing cost plans and ensure adherence
  • Sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers
  • Being in charge of hiring personnel (direct and agencies)
  • Ensuring the event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Analyzing the event’s success and prepare reports

Our Requirements

  • Proven experience as an event manager and in project management
  • University Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or Hospitality
  • Excellent English skills (speaking & writing)
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Being problem solver with interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Readiness to multitasking
  • Proficiency in various event software
