Your Task

  • Managing the teams of technicians e.g. arranging shifts, planning budget, KPI surveillance
  • Evaluating, motivating and supervising the team members
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement while fostering an innovative work environment
  • Acting as central point of contact for all operative matters within the global IT projects, both for your team and the customer
  • Implementing new projects

Our Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Leadership role
  • Ability to work in a complex, global environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to bring innovation into the team
  • Customer and goal-oriented approach
  • Fluent English is a must

 

Would be an asset:

  • Experience in IT services delivery
  • Knowledge of Polish Labour Law
