Customer Care Specialist
Location: Chineham HQ, Basingstoke, Hampshire.
One of the principal accounts that we support, provides a UK-wide team of field engineers that ensure warranty repairs are made, be that printers or laptops. Part of the backoffice support team that keep everything working seamlessly, is the role of a Customer Care Specialist.
Your role is to liaise directly with the customers to ensure that they are kept informed of progress, that they are expecting the engineer and that, ultimately, the engineer completed the repairs to their full satisfaction. This is a key role in the whole account. You will utilise your planning skills, your outstanding customer service skills and a pragmatic outlook should changes or alternative situations arise.
