Your Task

  • Filtering and qualifying IT service repair orders related to printers
  • Analyzing and solving problems related to printers hardware
  • Providing remote L 1,5 Global Support to our end customers (phone)
  • Ordering parts of printers via internal system
  • Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
  • On-going analysis and validation of data included in orders

Our Requirements

  • Very good German and English language (speaking and writing)
  • Readiness to work on a daily basis as well as quickly re-prioritize tasks
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Openness to learn new things – technical vocabulary and issues from printing area
  • Very good organizational and analytic skills
  • Readiness to work on shifts (between 08:00 am and 06:00 pm)
