Onsite Support Specialist
Hemmersbach provide the support services needed by many of the world’s largest organisations. Just like any organisation, we too, need support from time to time – This could be planned IT needs, such as office moves, or the commissioning/decommissioning equipment with our customers or our own new employees.
This internal support team is worldwide, throughout the Hemmersbach offices, with a centralised hub, based in a major site for us in Poland. You will work in tandem with your internal support colleagues as you provide localised support within the UK Headquarters.
You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one sympathetically, pragmatically and above all, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the user’s face – a job well done.
This is a role where you will have direct influence on people’s day-to-day working life. With nothing more frustrating than a computer or a printer not working, you will be very person that makes things happen, working directly with the users in a highly rewarding way.
