Your Task

Location: Chineham HQ, Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Having freshly graduated with you BSc or BA, you are now looking to embark on that well-earned career - one that can engage, reward and ultimately provide the management opportunities that you’ve been working towards till now.

Here at Hemmersbach, we recognise, train and support graduates as they embark on our 12-month Future Talents Programme, as a Management Trainee.

The Management Trainee Programme:

Joining the programme you will gain a solid grounding in all aspects of our operational business, from how a printer actually works, to following and learning the day-to-day life for one of our engineers before learning how all this works together as you move onto experience directly with clients, learning and following our associated contracts and service level agreements.

Each aspect needed to become a manager-of-tomorrow is fully supported over the 12 months and for those of you that succeed throughout the year, we would look to bring you into the Hemmersbach team as a junior Service Delivery Manager.
