Your Task

The Sales Operations Specialist reports to the Executive Partner Team and is part of the Central Sales Management Team. This role is responsible for implementing the sales methodology, sales metrics and overall process of management of new sales programs on a worldwide level

  • Supports the sales team during RFPs and customer meeting as operational specialist and is able to have discussion on a deep operational sales management and execution level
  • Execute and work within the existing customer contractual framework of the specific assigned sales programs
  • On boards and mentors new sales program managers after implementation phase either thru physical or virtual presence
  • Is Single Point of contact for all internal operational questions across all sales programs
  • Is key responsible for knowledge transfer, best practice sharing and implementation of these benefits within similar programs and go to markets across different regions
  • Is owner and drive regular best practice initiatives across programs
  • Analysis and drives regular SWOTs initiatives in key programs
  • Regular program visits on a worldwide level
  • Compare and challenge sales programs go to markets to drive program results
  • Interims Management in case of operational attrition of key staff across all sales programs
  • Acts as trusted advisor and delivers against challenging timelines and expectations both internally and externally
  • Conducts analysis and identifies potentials to grow within programs from an operational standpoint

Our Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years in a Program Manager/ Director role within a global sales program within the IT industry
  • Successful track record in managing Inside sales programs for either direct or indirect business
  • Deep understanding of go to markets, process, sales methodologies in an outsourced inside sales organization
  • Proven track in customer management and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent customers care/skills
  • Resolution/ Proactivity / Meditation / Negotiation
  • Team building capabilities: Capacity to motivate and inspire people
  • Empathy
  • Good organizational capacity
  • Team Player
  • Additional languages fluently or at native level
  • Willingness to travel

Success Indicators:

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Growth rate of the entire account
  • # of escalations resolved
  • % programs implemented vs. escalations of those programs
