Your Task

  • Providing 24/7 printing area support to non-technical end-users
  • Analyzing issues and implementing a correct resolution
  • Contact and provide troubleshooting steps to end-users
  • Dealing with printer supplies queries
  • Remote printer configuration
  • Deployment of firmware and SafeCom software
  • SafeCom account maintenance
  • Knowledge base maintenance

Our Requirements

  • English language at C1, C2 level, Chinese Language level C1, C2
  • Excellent customer and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy and multitasking environment
  • Available to work on shifts
  • Ability to work to a daily routine as well as quickly adjusting to incoming tasks
  • Previous experience with L1 or L2 remote support
  • Printing support knowledge
  • Basic networking knowledge
