Your Task

International project management is your passion and your customers can tell that from every single contact they have with you. Impressing your contact persons at the top manufacturers in the IT industry and enabling IT services at the most extreme places in the world is what pushes you forward. Agile processes and permanently changing tasks within different projects complete your job description:

  • Initiation, conception and follow-up of national and international IT projects for our renowned clients
  • Management of teams of technicians, Team Leaders, service desk managers, administration personnel
  • Supervision and control of the processes and the level of service contractually appointed (SLA, KPIs, …)
  • Commercial and technical collaboration in a project team
  • Managing customers’ relationship, handling escalation, and expectation
  • Recognize and implement the potential of optimization
  • Calculations and reports relative to the project
  • Support during the implementation of the project, including transition phase
  • Resources and costs monitoring, including project P&L ownership
  • Vendor management

Our Requirements

  • You have an Engineering and/or Business background and at least three years of experience in service delivery/operations management and/or project management.
  • Similar experience in IT outsourcing / Computer break-fix services / Managed Services operation is a must
  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
  • You are able to convince others through your professional skills, notably in terms of communication and organization, and through your great concern for clients and quality of service.
  • Determination, autonomy, self-driven and personal motivation are terms that define you.
  • Must be willing to work hard and under pressure
  • You are flexible, can support an important workload and open to new organizational techniques.
  • You like team working and contact with the staff as well as the clients.
  • Familiar with Service Management Process, such as ITIL
  • Previous similar working experience in a global IT Service Provider or large local IT company is an advantage
