Your Task

Like any fast-paced organisation, the role of the Administrator is like the oil in the engine – without you, we would simply grind to a halt. The Administrator is a fundamental member of the team, a well regarded role and an engaging one.

At Hemmersbach, we look for aptitude, pragmatism and drive, coupled with an innate attention to detail and a willingness to support many things at a time. We are a fast-paced and constantly growing organisation that needs your support. You may be focused on operational needs such as external resources and suppliers, or it may be supporting our fleet services and finance teams.

At present, we are looking to appoint 2 additional Administrators; one to support our Finance Control team, the other dedicated to supporting the PMO (Project Management Office) in general administration, fleet control, work equipment as well as facilities and supplies.

Our Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office administrative position.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A friendly, engaging and pragmatic approach to your work.
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Office – in particular, Excel.
  • Thrives in an agile and rapid-paced environment.
  • The role may be subject to enhanced references and vetting.
