• 2-3 years of experience replacing hardware components. (Motherboards, Hard drives, etc...)
• 2-3 years of experience as a field service technician fixing (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, and enterprise devices.)
• Willingness to drive 50 to 75 miles daily.
• Availability to work 24/7 on call shift
• Ability to cooperate with others.

JOB DUTIES:

• Perform installations, training, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment.
• Field technician experience with focus mainly on physical servers and it's hardware components but also; desktops, laptops, and printers. 
• HP products experience is a big plus. 
• Maximize systems availability as a technical specialist highly trained in heterogeneous data center environments
• Understand customer goals and identify the consequences of various solutions. 
• Work according to the project plan, installation plan, an escalation plan. 
• Demonstrate excellent communication, and presentation skills, with both verbal and written presentation
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met. 
• Handle customer-relations problems promptly and appropriately, and escalate issues according to established procedures.  

SPECIAL SKILLS:

• Strong computer/network skills.
• Flexible schedule
• Field Service experience.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
