Your Tasks

We are looking for an additional Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll processing, tax compliance, workers' compensation, and benefits administration. This role is due to our growth as a company, and we are excited to welcome a new team member to help us continue to expand.


Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for a high volume of employees accurately and timely using ADP software.
    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll taxes, deductions, and reporting.
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries regarding wages, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and seamless integration between systems.
  • Generate payroll reports and assist with data analysis as required.
  • Stay updated on payroll best practices, industry trends, and relevant legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably with ADP software.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, taxation, and payroll regulations.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
