• Working technical knowledge of standard server system software (Linux, Windows, VMWare)
• Customer service soft skills and strong verbal and written communication in English
• Valid Driver’s license and willingness to travel daily to local end customer sites. May reach up to 100 miles.

• Running diagnostics, troubleshooting errors and replacing hardware.
• Installation, support and decommissioning of rack servers, storage systems and network equipment
• Maintenance of data center hardware at various customer sites
• A highly regarded team member within an exponentially growing international IT company
• Experience in supporting at least one of the following hardware types: servers, storage systems, network equipment, Printers, PCs or notebooks of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM and NetApp
