Your skills

  • Very good English skills (in speaking & writing)
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Organizational skills and the ability to set priorities effectively
  • Negotiation skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends (7-19)

Your Tasks

  • Opening, monitoring and updating incidents in our ticketing system
  • Validating, analysing and reporting data
  • Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
  • Collaboration with our engineers and managers
  • Readiness to work on 2 shifts including weekends
