• Ideally 2 years of On-Site IT support experience
• Hardware & Software experience with computers, mobile and network devices. Experience in OS support via ticketing system
• Native Spanish and fluent English language (spoken and written)
• Good communication and social skills
• Customer orientation

Working as a Hemmersbach Onsite Technician your every day tasks include the following:

•  help users with all IT related requests
• analyse errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) 
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory
• Log your approach and your solution to problems in a ticketing system.
