Your skills

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues
  • ands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktop, printer, laptop.
  • Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management. Good people skills.
  • Basic knowledge of networking to perform smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites
  • Knowledge in Active Directory for all Service Provider personnel’s

Your Tasks

We are seeking candidates for an opportunity as a level 2 Deskside Support Technician.

The position is on-going and for 40 hours a week. The technician will deliver the user support for the maintenance of the end-users at our customer's location.

Scope includes support for end-user: 

  • Break/Fix Activities
  • Software Defects
  • Asset Management 
  • General Software Support
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Smarts Hands Service
  • Networking
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Working technical knowledge of standard systems and business software (Windows, MS Office 365, Outlook, Apple iOS)
