Service Administrator (Remote in California)

• Support manufacturing IT infrastructure
• Maintain internal PKI
• Build and maintain infrastructure at manufacturing sites
• Familiar with working in high SLA environment
• Work cross functional with teams across Customers
• Able to execute and run autonomously but knows when to escalate to ask for assistance

• Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
• Microsoft Windows Certificate Authorities (PKI)
• Familiarity with hardware security modules (HSMs) is a big plus
• Windows Server & Ubuntu Server
• Google Cloud
• Hyper converged infrastructure (HCI), VMware, and vSAN technologies
• Familiarity with Dell/EMC VxRail is a big plus
• Monitoring solutions (CheckMK, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus)
• Veeam Backup solution
• Networking technologies such as Cisco and Aryaka
• Configuration Management (Salt, Ansible, Puppet)
• System hardening and aligning with infosec best practices
• Familiarity with CIS-CAT is a big plus
• Scripting/Coding (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Documentation, Runbooks, and Change Management best practices is a must
