Your skills

  • Preferably completed apprenticeship in the IT field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in 1st/2nd level support.
  • Hands-on experience with end-user devices, PCs, notebooks, networks, voice hardware, print & scan.
  • Analytical approach to bring problems to a successful resolution.
  • Good German and English language skills

Your Tasks

We are currently seeking a:

Resident 2nd Level IT Support (m/f/d) San Vittore, GR

to start immediately or as agreed.

 

In this role, you will provide support services for the local infrastructure at our end customer's site and consistently impress customers with your competent, professional, and friendly demeanor every day. The responsibilities in this environment with diverse requirements within the scope of 2nd level onsite support accurately describe your desired position.

 

Your further tasks include:

  • Identifying, resolving, and documenting technical issues encountered by end users in the context of deskside support, including devices such as laptops as well as peripherals, printers, PDAs, tablets, and mobile devices.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with common operating systems; setting up and re-imaging computers.

  • Configuring device settings and related system administration tasks such as Active Directory, remote desktop, VPN, and corporate network.

  • Handling user support and service requests using the customer ticketing system.

  • Conducting inventory activities as needed.

  • Training employees on the use of hardware, software, and two-factor authentication.

  • Performing hands and eyes network support under the guidance of a remote specialist.

  • Assisting with audio-video systems in conference rooms.
